A blend of two-thirds Merlot and one-third Cabernet Sauvignon with a tiny dollop of Petit Verdot, this wine, from proprietors Gilles and Stephane Dupuch, exhibits notes of raspberries, black cherries, cedar wood, Christmas fruitcake and spice box. Supple and medium-bodied, it is best drunk over the next 3-4 years.
